Privacy policy
This page describes the data processed by the shipping app published by Atelier57, installed by online stores to create shipping labels and track parcels. The store you ordered from remains the data controller; the app processes data on its behalf (processor).
Data processed
- Order data needed for shipping: name, delivery address, email, phone, order number, parcel contents and weight.
- Chosen pickup point, corrected address if the store asked you for it, return request (reason, message, pickup address).
- Tracking information sent by carriers (status, tracking number and link).
Why
- To create the label, send the shipment to the carrier chosen by the store, keep you informed about delivery, and handle a return or a claim.
- No data is sold or used for advertising.
Recipients
- The store you ordered from, and the shipping platforms and carriers it uses (through their APIs), only to deliver the parcel.
- Tracking messages (email, SMS) are only sent if the store enabled them, through the services it chose.
Retention
- PDF labels are deleted after 90 days.
- A shipment's email and phone, and a return request's address, are deleted about 180 days after shipping or after the return is closed.
- All of a store's data is deleted 48 hours after the app is uninstalled.
Your rights
- To access or erase your data, contact the store you ordered from. Its requests reach us through Shopify (GDPR data and erasure requests) and are handled automatically.

- Encrypted connections (HTTPS), carrier access keys encrypted, signed and time-limited label links.
